Watering the Seeds of Love
a mindfulness residential retreat in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh
April 29 - May 2
Retreat at Great Vow Zen Monastery Led by Jerry Braza, from The Community of Mindful Living Oregon Sanghas |

“The quality of our life is related to the quality of seeds in our consciousness.” - Thich Nhat Hanh Join us for a weekend of stopping, quieting, and looking deeply at the seeds or qualities of our consciousness. We will discover the seeds that need watering to grow and those that need transformation in order to deepen our relationship with self and others. Through the practice of mindfulness, we have the amazing opportunity to step away from the many distractions of life and learn to develop true presence as we “selectively water” seeds in our interactions with others. |
