| The foundation for LaShelle Charde’s work comes from her Zen practice, experience as a trainer in personal growth, community building, and Nonviolent Communication. She holds a Master’s degree in psychology from the University of Northern Colorado. For the past twelve years, she’s worked as a professional helping youth and adults. | Daitetsu Hull is a Zen priest in residence at Great Vow Zen Monastery where he has been in formal training since September 2000. He first learned about NVC in 2002, and studied it actively, seeing it's direct connection to Buddhism. Over the years, with LaShelle he has practiced and eventually taught a Buddhist approach to using NVC. | ![]() |
