Life Vows Weekend Retreat
January 3 - 4, 2025
Friday 6 - 9 pm and Saturday 9 - 4 pm
As we pass the Winter Solstice and turn to the new year, the time is ripe for contemplating vow. When you think about life’s purpose, what comes up? Zazen and inquiry offer a framework to become grounded, meet sticking places, and transform the energy of the unknown into pure possibility. Zazen teaches us to turn down the volume on the planning, worrying mind and make space for deeper kinds of knowing.
Vow offers a path to inspire and support our lives. Whether you would like to renew your vow, revise your vow, or if you’re never made a vow and would like to start one, this workshop can support and help guide you. We will combine the practices of Zazen and devotional ritual with exploring vow and developing personal vows through individual and group activities.
